Our preschool is staffed with trained early childhood educators. Each member of our school family is sensitive to the needs of the children and their families and has a strong commitment to quality Jewish education. The teachers meet weekly to discuss curriculum, plan programs, and share and exchange ideas. In order to uphold the high standards of our program, staff development is ongoing throughout the year. This ensures that our teachers remain alert to the ever-changing needs of today's families and to the findings of current research.

Our Director, Chaya, and Lead Teacher, Nechama aka Bubby, are dedicated early childhood professionals whose level of commitment to each child does not stop at the classroom door, and whose commitment to early childhood education is truly an avocation. As a result, they bring to their jobs a unique and special blend of professional skills and personal experience.

I’ve been working as a preschool teacher for a year now, with both 3-year-olds and 4–5-year-olds, and it’s truly been such a fun and rewarding experience. 
What I enjoy most about teaching preschool is the connection I build with the kids, laughing with them, being there for them, and watching them grow. It’s incredible to see the changes they go through from the beginning of the year to the end. I really believe that a big part of that growth comes from how we, as teachers, help guide them through stories, lessons, and life experiences. It’s amazing to be part of that.
A little about me: I love singing, I have a big heart, and I always bring lots of positive energy with me every day!!

This will be my first year working in a preschool and I am very excited to begin this journey. 

A little about myself, I'm from LA, but moved to Cleveland when I was 12. I'm the 2nd of 5 children and I enjoy cooking and drawing.
