10 Commandments THIS Shabbos
Be sure to join us this Shabbos in shul as we read the 10 Commandments! It is a great time to spiritually unite with Jews around the world, as they will be reading them as well.
The Torah attests that the Jewish people were totally united at the moment G-d’s voice was heard throughout all of creation. There was not even an echo because it penetrated everywhere.
The Rebbe emphasized that we should endeavor to invite every Jew we know, men, women, and even very small children, to come and join and add to our completion at this most auspicious time.
The Torah reading will commence at 11am. This is certainly something you don’t want to miss!
Kinus HaShluchos / Chabad Rebbetzin Convention THIS Week
Our Rebbetzins have abandoned us! You read that correctly. Rebbetzin Nechama, Chaya and Mushka have all headed to Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York, for the Annual Shluchos (Chabad Emissaries) Convention. Now, you may be wondering, what do the Rebbetzins do at the convention? The answer is they engage in countless sessions about programming, education, raising healthy families, and they do a TON of networking. They compare notes with their sister Shluchos from around the world. And they Farbreng (hold Chasidic gatherings) together.
Thousands of Rebbetzins attend.
We all know that the Rebbetzins (especially ours) are the reason for the success of Chabad. This is their special time to charge their batteries so that they can share their positive energy with all of us.
On Sunday, the event culminates with a grand banquet, which can be livestreamed here: https://www.kinus.com/live

An Important Note about Kiddushes –
The policy of the shul is to allow multiple sponsors for every Kiddush unless it is a Bar/Bat Mitzvah or something similar (like a 50th wedding anniversary etc.).
There is no such thing as an exclusive Kiddush sponsor.
This is our policy for numerous reasons, not least of which is the fact that Kiddush sponsorships help generate much-needed income for our community and encourages more people to participate.
We thank you for your support and understanding!
